[Janice’s note: Florida residents (people in other states can also take action), please take action now to stop these terrible bills]
The Florida bill banning registrants from living within 1000 feet from public pools, beaches, lakes, and rivers will be taken up before the House Health Professions and Programs Subcommittee subcommittee in just under two weeks. We NEED our members to contact the legislators at the bottom of this message to express their opposition to this…

I smell a lawsuit coming, for a violation of the US Constitution. I would never visit Florida let alone live in Florida.
Should we non-Floridians call / email? Or would those comments be considered irrelevant because we are not voters there?
Hopefully are fights here in Michigan and the fact we have win several lawsuits even though the State of Michigan hasn’t figured that out yet, but hopefully our wins and case law will be able to help you guys out.
When people in California read about Florida trying pass laws like this we know it’s and smoke and mirrors California and other states already tried this and it created more of a problem and made people less safe and forced PFR to go under ground.
Most of Florida’s gators aren’t in swamps or any other body of water, but up in Tallahassee with Ron Destantis and the other cronies. Beware the swamp creatures are in Florida’s phallic symbol and no wonder the state is run by dicks.
